The Bedford Family Connection invites you to a special New Moms Brunch in your honor.

This is a morning to:

Join Community Nursery School for the annual Yellow Balloon Fair on May 9, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM in Lexington, MA. This beloved community event offers a fun-filled day designed especially for preschoolers and their families, featuring a wide range of games, crafts, and interactive activities. Highlights include a petting zoo, balloon artist, DPW trucks to explore, a bounce house, and a life-size Candyland game, along with many classic fair games included with admission.

Guests can also enjoy delicious food options from Neillio’s Gourmet Kitchen, pizza from Alexander’s, and sweet treats from an ice cream truck arriving at noon.

With something for everyone, the Yellow Balloon Fair is a wonderful opportunity to connect with other families from Bedford and Lexington as well as surrounding towns!

Join professional musician Sarah Gardner in the meeting room for singing, dancing, and lots of music-making. This program is a band style where children play various instruments together.

Family Music with Sarah is best for children ages 0-5 and a caregiver. Children's events are open to children (0-11) and their caregivers and siblings. There is no registration or ticketing for Family Music with Sarah - drop in on the fun.

The October BFC Book Club meeting is Wednesday, October 7, 7:30-9:30pm. We will snack and sip our favorite beverages as we discuss the book, which is TBD!

The October meeting will take place at First Parish in the BFC playroom (on the lower level of the church - please use the Elm Street entrance). If you can bring a snack or drink to share, please sign up here so we have a variety.
