PARENT ACTIVITIES

Whether you need a night out on the town, motivation to keep up with the latest books and movies or parenting inspiration, the BFC has something for you.  The fun doesn't end when the kids go to bed!

BFC Night Out

BFC Night Out is a welcoming event that embraces caregivers from all backgrounds.

Whether you're a caregiver navigating the joys of parenthood, a grandparent with a wealth of wisdom to share, or a nanny providing loving care, this group is designed to bring together individuals who play a vital role in supporting families.

MOMS NIGHT OUT

For all who identify as "Mom"! Indulge in a well-deserved break at Moms Night Out, organized by the Bedford Family Connection.

This special event invites moms from the Bedford and surrounding towns to unwind, connect, and enjoy some "me" time.

Don't miss out on this monthly opportunity to recharge and connect with other moms. Join Moms Night Out and prioritize self-care today!

Dads Night Out

For all who identify as "Dad". Join fellow dads from the Bedford area for monthly fun-filled events.

Enjoy engaging activities, connect with other fathers, and take a break from it all. Create lasting memories and friendships with us and have a great time at Dads Night Out!

BOOK CLUB

Join fellow BFC book lovers for good conversation, refreshments, and a fun evening out among friends.

The BFC Book Club meets once a month on Wednesday evening to discuss that month's book and enjoy each other's company.   Finishing the book is not required - just bring yourself and a treat to share!

NEW MOMS BRUNCH

Every spring, the BFC welcomes and celebrates all Bedford moms of babies under 1 year (whether it’s your first or tenth!) at our New Moms' Brunch.

The brunch is a nice way to meet local moms while relaxing, enjoying yummy food and winning great prizes donated by local shops and restaurants.

We look forward to celebrating you!

PARENT EDUCATION

The BFC hosts parent education events that aim to give Bedford parents the information needed to help our children thrive. Past events have included early intervention information night, dental health, estate and will planning, and “The Privates Rule” a presentation by Dr. Nora Shine.

KINDERGARTEN CONNECTION

Do you have an incoming kindergartner?

Every spring we host “ A Parents Guide to Kindergarten,” where you can learn more about the transition to kindergarten and the Davis School from a panel of current Davis parents.

In August, the BFC hosts a Popsicle Party, providing opportunities to meet new friends and connect with other kindergarten families.

Strengthening the community by connecting and supporting Bedford families with children aged five and under.
