Self-Defense Night at Callahan's Karate has been rescheduled!!
Join BFC moms for a night at Callahan’s Karate Studio! We will learn simple, yet effective, self-defense techniques and review important safety tips in a supportive environment. The class is perfect for first timers, as well as those who would like to refresh and further develop their self-defense skills. It will be taught by Winnie Callahan, Co-Owner of Callahan’s Karate Studio and Jennifer Buckley, Founder of GrooveWrx and The Girl Power WrxShop. Please wear comfortable workout attire and bring a water bottle.
