Setting Effective Boundaries: How Clear, Loving Limits Create Safety & Security for the Developing Brain, presented by Chrissy Dagostino, M.A.
This workshop explores the critical role boundaries play in helping young children to develop a sense of security as they move through the world and come to understand their place in it. We will explore common pitfalls when setting limits and practical tips for following through even when we are met with resistance and push-back. Finally, we consider the feelings children may experience in response to our limits. Parents and caregivers will leave with practical tools for supporting cooperation and safety within their families. This will not be recorded.
