Join fellow BFC moms for a morning workout at barre3 Bedford!
When you work out with barre3, you’ll move through low-impact isometric strength work, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breathwork—an energizing, feel-good way to start your day.
To take advantage of the BFC-subsidized drop-in rate, registration is a two-step process (quick and easy!):
Purchase your ticket through BFC on the Wild Apricot website.
Visit the Barre3 site for Bedford and select “Purchase & Book” for the 60-minute private class at 8:00 AM, led by Natasha Robinson.
Choose a single class credit and enter the BFCMOM discount code at checkout (you won’t be charged again since you already paid through BFC).
Complete the online waiver when prompted.
Arrive 10–15 minutes early
If you didn’t complete the waiver online, you’ll need to do so in the studio (online is faster and highly recommended!)
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in Yoga or grippy socks are allowed; no shoes in the studio
Bring water
The studio provides everything else: mat, weights, core ball, towels, and props
The session will begin with a quick studio tour, then we’ll jump into our 60-minute class together.
