Join us for our March Planning Committee Meeting as we finalize details for the BFC Spring Egg Hunt and look ahead to two of our most special spring events — the New Moms Brunch and our Spring Concert!
We’ll be: • Locking in final logistics for the Egg Hunt (volunteers, stations, timing, flow) • Planning thoughtful touches for the New Moms Brunch • Coordinating details and partnerships for the Spring Concert • Brainstorming smaller, low-lift events to sprinkle into the season — from playroom pop-ups to kindergarten playgroup meet-ups
Beyond our signature events, we love creating simple opportunities for connection — casual craft mornings, story times, after-school playdates, and neighborhood gatherings that help families build their village.
Whether you’ve been involved for years or are just curious about getting more connected, this is a welcoming space to share ideas and help shape what spring looks like for Bedford families.
About Our Monthly Meetings The Planning Committee meets during the first week of each month, helping us stay organized while keeping flexibility around holidays and school breaks. These meetings are open to all members, volunteers, and new families interested in getting involved.
